Animal Control Services Department was transferred from the Police
Department to the Public Works Department. Animal Control Services is now a
division of Public Works.

The shelter is not attended at all times. If no
one is at the shelter during regular business hours you can leave a message
and an animal control officer will return your call as soon as possible. If you
need an animal control officer for a vicious animal or an animal emergency
you may contact the Horn Lake
Police Department at (662) 393-6174 and an Animal Control Officer will be sent to the shelter.
